摘要:本文利用GT-POWER模拟软件建立发动机工作过程计算模型,对发动机进气系统进行优化计算,获取进气歧管关键结构数据,然后利用Pro/E软件进行三维造型设计,并将三维数据模型转化为STL数据格式,传至快速原型制造中心,制作快速原型样件,再在发动机台架上进行实机测试,考核设计指标。开发过程中采用了当前汽车制造行业最先进的计算、设计和制造工具,既促进了新技术在开发工作中的应用,同时也提高了开发工作的质量和效率。

Abstract: A engine working process is
simulated using GT-POWER. Some optimization on the engine intake system is
performed and the main parameters of the intake manifold structure are
obtained. According to the data, design model is developed by using 3D software
Pro/E. The model is transformed to rapid prototyping center with STL form,
where a rapid prototype model is made and tested on the engine test bench to
examine design index. During the development process, advantage tools in the
modern automotive industry are applied in calculating, designing and
manufacturing, and much high quality and efficient job are achieved.
