    摘要：呼吸器倒气是柴油机运转过程中一种常见的故障。严重的倒气,不仅意味着可燃混合气的大量流失,使燃烧不充分、功率下降,同时从燃烧室泄露出来的可燃混合气使润滑油在高温的作用下产生氧化变质,使整机润滑情况恶化。本文从柴油机存在的故障现象入手,详细阐述了KM1 60型柴油机呼吸器倒气现象的故障排除过程,并通过采取有效措施,较好地解决了该问题。

    Abstract: The exhaust smoke of the breather is a common malfunction during its operation.Seriously exhaust smoke means that large amounts of mixed burnable gases are lost,resulting in burning insufficiently and lowering power;meanwhile,the mixed combustible gas let out of the combustion chamber can make lubricating oil oxidative,leading to a worse lubrication.The article based on the malfunctions existing in the engine explains in details how to settle the problem about the exhaust smoke of the breather of model KM160 diesel engine and gives a good way to settle the problem by taking effective measures.
