摘要：本文首先基于CFD技术，对某PCV阀的内流场进行仿真分析，计算出三种设计方案在不同发动机工况下的流场分布以及流量特性，通过与发动机实际窜气量进行匹配，找出了最优的设计方案，最后进行试验验证。

Abstract: The
article had a simulation analysis on internal flow-field of a certain PCV valve
based on CFD technology. Flow-field distribution and flow characteristic of
three design projects were calculated at different operation points. Optimum
design project was found out after the flow characteristic and actual blow-by
gas was matched. At last experimental
verification was done for the optimum project.
