FIRE软件对某高压共轨柴油机喷嘴内流动进行了仿真计算,获得了不同喷孔入口圆角和倾斜角下喷嘴内空化流动情况。计算结果显示:喷孔入口圆角的增大对喷孔流量系数和出口平均流速影响较小,但会显著降低出口气相体积分数。减小喷孔倾斜角会使流量系数和出口平均速度有小幅增加,出口气相体积分数降低明显,且使出口速度分布趋于均匀。

Abstract: AVL FIRE was applied to simulate a high
pressure nozzle and obtained the different nozzle cavitation results under
different inlet orifice fillet and orifice slant angle. The computed figures
show that the increasing of inlet orifice fillet has little effect on the nozzle
discharge coefficient and average rate of exit, but can cause a significant
reduction in the gas phase volume fraction of exit. A minor increase in the nozzle
discharge and average rate of exit, the gas phase volume fraction of exit
gradually increased, and the exit velocity become more evenly distributed as
the slant angle decreases.
