摘要:重型柴油机的润滑系统所需机油量高、且整机振动强烈,因此对油底壳的容量与强度提出了较高的要求。本文详细介绍了某重型柴油机焊接油底壳的设计过程:通过结构设计,保证了油底壳的支撑强度;在保证油底壳存储容量的基础上,充分验证了机油在上下限液位时的使用安全性;最后通过模态计算,确保了油底壳的振动安全性。为高强度大容量油底壳的设计提供了参考。

Abstract:The lubrication system of heavy
diesel needs more oil, and the vibration intensity of the engine is high. All of
these call for high quality of the oil pan. This article introduces the design
process of some heavy diesel oil pan in detail: By means of construction
design, the oil pan has enough bracing strength; on premise that the oil pan
has large volume, guarantee the security when the liquid level at upper bound
and lower bound; by modal analysis at last, make sure the vibration security. This
article provides a reference for oil pan with high strength and large volume.
