摘要:采用样条插值方法拟合发动机外特性和液力变矩器原始特性,基于矩阵运算的牛顿法求解共同工作点,对装载机发动机与液力变矩器进行了匹配。针对装载机铲装不同物料消耗扭矩的不同,对发动机外特性曲线进行标定,提出了基于载荷谱的发动机与液力变矩器全工况优化匹配方法。本文采用Matlab语言编程,对某型号5吨装载机进行了动力匹配、发动机外特性标定和全工况匹配优化。

Abstract:The spline interpolation method was used to fit external
characteristics of engine and original characteristics of hydraulic torque
converter. Newton’s method based on matrix operation was
applied respectively to calculate the cooperating point of engine and torque
converter,thus
matching electronic control engine and hydraulic torque converter. The engine
external characteristics was one more calibrated according to the difference of
torque consuming when the loader freighting
different materials, subsequently proposing a new kind of matching optimization
method based on load spectrum . With the adoption of Matlab program, powertrain
matching, calibration of engine external characteristics and matching
optimization based on working conditions were conducted on some 5 tons loader.
