摘要:一种由两气缸组成的可变压缩比发动机,其特点是两气缸的曲柄机构反向转动,且共用同一燃烧室。理论分析了该可变压缩比发动机的燃烧室容积和气缸排量的变化规律,研制了原理样机。试验结果表明,该发动机的压缩比实现了在较大范围内的连续可变,且压缩比调节机构运行平稳可靠。

Abstract: This paper
presents a type of VCR engine consisted of two cylinders. The main features of
the engine are two cylinders crank mechanism rotates in reverse and shares one
combustion chamber. This paper also analyzes the change rule of the combustion
chamber volume and cylinder displacement theoretically. The principle prototype
is developed. Experimental testing results of the principle prototype indicate
that the compression ratio of this engine can continuously vary in a large
range as well as the compression ratio adjusting mechanism operates smoothly
and steadily.
