摘要:针对活塞燃烧室喉口疲劳开裂的问题,利用试验及有限元技术相结合的方式进行研究。研究表明,该开裂现象不仅与承受的较高热应力、材料蠕变有关,还与喉口处的微小孔洞、内冷结构、销孔结构、喉口过渡圆角、压缩高度、裙部厚度等结构因素密切相关。通过改进活塞相关结构,可达到降低活塞喉口应力,提高燃烧室可靠性的目的。

Abstract: It is a research on fatigue
breaking on piston combustion chamber throat by test and finite element
analysis.Research result shows that,it is affected by high thermal stress under
taken and material creep deformation as well as configuration elements,such as
micro-hole in combustion bowl throat,internal cooling structure,pin bore
structure,transition round angle of the throat,compression height,skirt
thickness,etc.Piston structure is modified,so stress on piston throat gets
lower and reliability of combustion chamber is improved.
