摘要：叙述了企业围绕内燃机车的运用、维护保养、故障处理三个方面应做好哪几方面的工作,以及与铁路部门比较,该如何扬长避短、强化管理,结合车间工作的具体情况,重点阐述了实施机车综合管理工程的组织模式、实施方案及工作要点。并由一年多的实践证明,能够达到减少机车故障率,降低检修费用,满足企业铁路运输牵引动力供应,提升机车状态的目的。

Abstract: This paper gives three aspects
for application of diesel locomotive,including operation,maintenance and
malfunction processing.Compared with the management of railway system,the
merits should be developed and the demerits are avoided.Importantly,the
organizing scheme,implementation and working main points of industry management
are elucidated with the on-site conditions in workshop.Practices during the
last one year show the validity of the system.The system can meet the power
supply of railway pulling,at the same time the malfunction rate is
reduced,maintenance cost reduced and the state of locomotive is improved.
