摘要:基于气固两相流理论与多孔介质理论对径向式微粒捕集器进行了三维稳态气固两相流数值模拟分析,获得了微粒捕集器内部流体流动特性,发现在径向式微粒捕集器前端和下半部过滤体利用率低。为了解决这个问题,采用分流装置,安装于捕集器内部,并通过两相流数值模拟的方法,对比分析了分流器安装前后捕集器内部流体流动特性和捕集效果。结果表明:加入盘型分流器后,微粒捕集器内部的流动均匀性增强,过滤体的利用率提高,径向式微粒捕集器的捕集效率也有所提高。加入所提出的隔板分流器后,微粒捕集器内部的流动和捕集效率均优于盘型分流器。

Abstract: The three-dimensional steady
state numerical calculation is performed for the radial diesel particulate
filter(DPF) on the basis of the porous medium theory and gas-particle two-phase
flow theory.The flow characteristics in DPF are attained,and the results show
that the efficiency of the forepart and the lower half of filter body in DPF
are low.In order to solve this problem,a diffuser is used in DPF.Through the
two phase flow numerical simulation analysis,a comparative study has been done
to the influence of diffusers on flow characteristics and the capture
efficiency of a DPF.The results show that the flow uniformity in DPF is
enhanced after the plate type diffuser is integrated.Meanwhile,the efficiency
of the filter body and the capture efficiency of radial diesel particulate
filter are both improved.After the clapboard diffuser is integrated in DPF,the
internal flow characteristics and the capture efficiency of DPF become better
than that installed with the plate type diffuser.
