摘要:本文开发了一种以大型ECU及空燃比控制系统为核心的新型燃气发动机控制系统,进行了ECU硬件设计,完善控制过程,开发控制算法,并设计相应的燃气执行器及混合器,讨论了设计思路及设计原理。本系统设计了合理的控制方式,对发动机的运行实现了良好的的控制,可明显提高发动机运行的经济性、稳定性,并改善排放。

Abstract: A new gas engine control system
is developed,which uses the large-scale ECU and the air /fuel ratio control
system as its core components.The paper designs ECU,and completes the control
process,develops control algorithms and appropriate gas actuators and a gas
mixer,discusses the design concept and principles.Basing on reasonable control
mode,the system controls engine operation perfectly,significantly improving the
economy and stability of engines and reducing emissions.
