摘要:小型通用汽油机试验中联轴件由于长期使用磨损,容易损伤汽油机输出轴,导致试验数据采集失真。本文提出了一种中间采用塑性分体楔块的两级过盈联轴节,介绍了结构和工作原理,通过有限元分析得到了联轴节工作过程的实际应力分布。研究结果表明,分体楔块过盈连接联轴节连接可靠,可以快速拆装,具有很好的应用效果。

Abstract: When a universal small gasoline
engine is tested,the coupling possibly wears out due to long time
service,causing damage on the output shaft of the gasoline engine and even
distortion of the acquired test data. This paper proposes a sort of two- stage
interference coupling with plastic fission wedge,introduces the structure and
working principle of this novel coupling,and gets the statistics of actual
stress distribution of coupling process through finite element analysis.
According to the results of tests,the interference fitting of plastic fission
wedge is reliable. The coupling is easy to be assembled and dismantled. The
structure has certified with national invention patent.
