摘要:活塞结构设计中常使用环岸积气槽来优化发动机的机油耗和漏气量。针对积气槽尺寸对于性能的影响程度,从活塞环的受力平衡角度出发研究了积气槽容积对于第一、二环密封的影响,并设计出6种方案进行动力学分析,结果表明,改变积气槽容积会对发动机漏气量和机油耗产生影响,并分别呈现出一定的规律。为验证模拟分析的准确性,对其中的两种方案进行了台架试验,试验结果与模拟结果吻合良好。

Abstract: Relief cut- back is often used as
a piston structure to optimize the oil consumption and blow- by of engine. In
order to find out the influence degree of dimension of cut- back on
performance,this paper researches the influence of cut- back volume on the seal
of the first and the second rings from the point of view of force balance of
piston rings,then proposes 6 schemes to have some dynamics analysis. The
results show that volume changing of cut- back has regular effects on blow- by
and oil consumption. In order to verify the accuracy of the simulation
analysis,2 schemes are chosen to have bench tests. The results of tests agree
with simulation results.
