摘要:以产品化为目标,采用了高性能的微控制器MC68376,运用模块化设计方法,设计了高压共轨柴油机的电控单元的硬件和底层软件。其中硬件包括:MCU、电源、输入输出、通信等模块。软件包括:初始化、采样处理和输出处理等模块。通过柴油机台架试验表明,该控制单元可以对柴油机高压共轨燃油系统进行精确可靠的控制。

Abstract: The high performance
microcontroller MC68376 is applied.An ECU with hardware and fundamental
software for the high-pressure common-rail diesel was designed.The hardware is
composed of MCU,power,input and output,communications module.And the software
included initialization,sampling and outputting module.The engine bench test shows
that the ECU can control accurately and reliably.
