摘要:对低标号柴油加热,改善其低温环境的性能,是一种有效的节能方法;本文构建以机车尾气为热源的燃油加热系统,进行了理论分析和模型计算,为内燃机车在低温环境燃用低标号柴油提供理论依据,提出了一种内燃机尾气热流量的计算方法。结果表明:该系统能够实现对低标号柴油进行以抗凝为目的的加热,进而满足机车运行技术要求;系统效率较低说明系统回收的能量并没有得到充分利用,可通过系统的实物设计及用能终端的拓展提高系统的效率。

Abstract: The solution to heat low octane
grade diesel may be efficient to save energy and improve engine performance at
low atmosphere temperature.With theoretical analysis and modeling calculation
to the fuel heating system which are energized by locomotive waste gas
sources,the paper proposes the method to calculate thermal flow of the internal
combustion engine waste gas and presents theoretical evidences to fuel the low
octane grade diesel in internal combustion engine.The test results show that
heating system may achieve the purpose to prevent the low diesel against
freezing so that it meets the technical requirements of locomotive
operation.The low efficiency of the heating system indicates the recovery heat
energy is not used sufficiently,which may be improved by designing real heating
system and modifying its downstream equipment.
