摘要:研究了100%的生物柴油(棕榈油)与纯柴油在4100QBZL柴油机上的性能,考核燃用100%生物柴油对柴油机的性能影响,对发动机的动力性、经济性、排气温度和烟度排放进行对比试验。试验结果表明:使用100%生物柴油与使用纯柴油相比,发动机的外特性扭矩有7%~10%的下降,有效燃油消耗率上升8%~11%,发动机在低速和高速时,燃用两种燃料的排气温度相差不大,在中速时生物柴油的排气温度要比燃用柴油时的低10%左右,整个工况下,生物柴油的烟度要比柴油低50%~80%。

Abstract: The paper discuses the
performance of 4100 QBZL diesel engine with 100% pure Biodiesel and 100%
diesel,examines the influence on performance of the diesel engine if fueling
100% Biodiesel and tests comparatively the characteristics like engine
power,economy,exhaust temperature and smoke.The results shows that the engine
torque declines from 7% to 10 % when and fuel consumption increases from 8% to
11% as the engine burning 100% pure biodiesel while compared with the engine
burning pure diesel in the same condition.The exhaust temperature has slight
differnces in the engines fueling two different fuels at low and high
speed.exhaust temperature of engine fueling the biodiesel is about 10% lower
compared with the 100% diesel engine.Biodiesel Engine smoke is lower from 50%
to 80 % than smoke emitted from diesel engine.
