    摘要：本文介绍了一种节约降耗提高效益的实用新技术方法——电解铝液直接生产铸件(铝活塞、铝轮毂)新工艺。与传统的"二次熔化工艺"、"一次熔化工艺"相比,新工艺节约了能源、减少了材料烧损、提高了生产效率,且利用电解铝液直接生产的铸件质量优、性能好。

    Abstract: The paper describes a new method which is known as the new technology to produce casting like aluminum piston or aluminum hub from electrolyte aluminum,in which energy saving and lower cost may be accomplished.Compared with the traditional technology of the secondary melting technology and the preliminary melting,the new technology by electrolyte aluminum liquid may save energy,reduce material damage,improve production efficiency and produce casting in much high quality perfect performance.
