摘要:本文通过对6V150柴油机进行惯性力系平衡分析,确定该类机型产生振动、辐射、噪声的重要内部激励源,根据其惯性力系的特点,采用错拐技术改善6V150柴油机振动激励力特性。利用MATLAB编写计算程序,通过对比错拐前后激励变化特点,分析内部振动激励的特性。研究表明,错拐技术可有效抑制内燃机内部的激励,是改善该类机型振动、噪声水平极为有效的技术措施。

Abstract: Based on the balancing analysis
to the inertial force in the 6V150 diesel engine,the paper proposes the
important stimulus source which produces vibration and radiant noise.The
split-pin crankshaft technology is applied according to the characteristics of
its inertial forces to improve vibration stimulus characteristics of 6V150
diesel engine.By programming with MATLAB and comparing the vibration stimulus
characteristics before Split-Pin Crankshaft with that after application
split-pin crankshaft,analysis is conducted for the internal vibration stimulus
characteristics.Research shows that the split-pin crankshaft balancing
technology is one of extremely effective measures to improve the vibration and
decrease noises from the internal combustion engine because.
