摘要:作者根据曲轴模锻件在加工过程中出现的微裂纹现象,从原材料质量、形变过程、形变方式和形变速度以及飞边桥口尺寸和飞边量几个方面分析了微裂纹的形成过程,并对裂纹源的预防进行了多方面的探讨。除了提高钢材的质量外,在锻造方面提出了减小飞边的流动阻力和终锻的变形量以及适当提高始锻温度的建议。

Abstract: The writer analyzed the
cause of making micro-crack toraw material quality,forming process,forming
method,forming speed and the size of bridge and flash and discussed the
micro-crack prevention according to the phenomenon of causing micro-crack in
forging parts forming process.Meanwhile the writer suggested that reducing
resistance and final reduction ratio,increasing forging temperature and
enhancing raw material quality should be executed.
