摘要:本文直接采用ANSYS软件所支持的APDL参数化设计语言,建立一个直列四冲程发动机的曲轴三维实体模型,同时添加合理的约束,通过静力分析和优化设计,确定了其危险区域和得到了曲轴的尺寸优化方案,为更合理的设计曲轴提供了依据。

Abstract: The parametric design
language,which the ANSYS software supported,was directly used in this paper,and
the three dimensional entity crankshaft model of a in-line four stroke engine
was established,simultaneously,the reasonable restraint was added too,through
the modal analysis,crankshaft′s risk area was found,and it′s optimization
scheme was obtained,also,the basis for the more reasonable design of crankshaft
was provided.
