摘要:本文采用结合有限元法(FEM)的多体系统仿真(MSS)方法,进行了曲轴扭转减振器对内燃机机体振动影响的研究。建立了包括柔性机体的内燃机机体多体动力学模型。仿真分析了有、无扭转减振器时,机体表面振动情况。仿真计算结论与实验测量结果具有较好的一致性。

Abstract: Combined with finite element
method(FEM),the multi-body system simulation(MSS) method is applied to
investigate the influence of torsional vibration on the vibration of cylinder
block in this paper.The multi-body dynamics model of engine block system is
built.The vibration of cylinder block under the condition is analyzed both
equipped with and without torsional damper through simulation.The simulation
results coincided definitely with the measured ones under the same condition.
