摘要:根据S385型柴油机机体的结构特点,利用有限元分析方法对其进行了自由模态和约束模态的有限元分析。采用兰索斯法计算出了机体前十一阶自由模态和约束模态的固有频率及相应振型,通过振型分析找到了机体刚度的薄弱部位并提出了相应的修改措施,为机体结构的改进设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract: Free and constraint modal with
finite element analysis is conducted on S385 diesel engine block using FEA
according to its structural characteristics.The natural frequencies and
corresponding vibration modes of the first eleventh steps of each block in free
and constraint modal is calculated using Lanczos method.By the analysis of
vibration modes,the weak spots of the block were found and corresponding
improved schemes has been proposed.The analysis results provide a theoretical
support to improve the structural design of the block.
