摘要:在整个Ⅰ型排放试验中,怠速工况的参数设定十分关键,影响排放的因素及其规律为:怠速转速升高CO和HC呈上升趋势,而NOx呈下降趋势;发动机起动后继续加热一定时间能有效降低HC和CO的生成;轨压值降低,NOx的排放值下降,而HC和CO略有上升;预喷率的大小影响柴油机的燃油消耗、烟度和NOx的值,在怠速工况下采用较小的预喷油量可以获得较佳的排放值;主喷提前角增加,NOx逐渐升高,而HC和CO下降;随着预喷射和主喷射之间时间间隔的加长,HC和CO略有降低,而NOx却有升高的趋势;随着EGR阀开度的增加,CO升高,HC有先升后降的趋势,NOx有先降后升的趋势。

Abstract: In the emissionⅠtest,parameter
setting of idle speed is critical.Emissions are changed at the law that CO and
HC increase when idle speed increases while NOx reduces.After starting the
engine,HC and CO may be decreased continuously if the engine is heated
continuously.When the rail pressure value reduces,the NOx emission value
reduces too,but HC and CO gets a little higher.The pre-injection rate will
affect consumption,smoke and NOx of diesel engine.When main injection advance
angle increases,NOx raises gradually while HC and CO reduce.When interval time
between pre-injection and main injection,HC and CO reduce a little,but NOx
rises When the opening of EGR valve increases,CO rises,but HC rises first and
then decreases later,on the other hands,NOx decreases first and rises later.
