摘要：为降低石油钻探公司钻井成本和能源消耗,通过对柴油机不同额定点功率、不同转速台架试验研究,得出了钻井配套柴油机的设计选型应按柴油机额定功率、额定转速选择机型。同时对钻探动力机组的现场使用情况的统计调查和研究,提出了柴油机的科学、正确使用方法,实践证明行之有效,取得了可观的经济效益。

Abstract: As for each drilling
company,the current important task to be concerned is to find out measures how
to lower drilling cost and reduce energy consumption.The related researches on
engine power and speed are carried out based on bench test.It is concluded that
selection of engine for drilling operating is depended on the engine technical
parameters including rated power and rated speed of the selected
engine.Furthermore,correct and reasonable measures to operate the diesel engine
are proposed on the basis of the on-site research and experience.
