摘要:目前现有汽车发动机上普遍采用改变流经散热器芯部的冷却空气流量与改变冷却液循环流量相结合的方法来调节冷却强度,但采用节温器改变冷却液循环流量只能实现大、小循环之间的转换;采用风扇硅油离合器改变冷却空气流量,可以解决高速小负荷时节约风扇功率消耗的问题;电控辅助风扇仅仅提高了散热器的散热能力,但对发动机的冷却效果却受到散热器效率的制约。以上手段都只能改善部分工况的冷却效果,很难保证在发动机全部工况范围内的最佳冷却性能。因此,迫切需要一种新型的汽车发动机冷却系统,改善其冷却性能,以适应当前汽车发动机技术的发展。

Abstract: The existing method to adjust the
cooling capacity in the vehicle engine tends to change the cooling air flow
across the radiating elements and the amount of the cooling fluid in
general.The thermostat may be applied to change the route of the cooling fluid
flow from exterior and interior cooling systems and the fan silicon oil clutch
to change the amount of the air flow bringing lower power consumption when the
engine runs at high speed and large load.The auxiliary electronic control fan
is effective to improve the radiation capacity of radiators but not to be
valuable to get better cooling subject to the radiator capacity.As for the
above methods,it is difficult to ensure that the engines can be cooled in the best
condition although methods may have some effects,so a novel engine cooling
system has to be developed with the rapid development of vehicle technology.
