摘要:发动机的气密性是发动机压缩系统工作性能好坏的重要指标。本设计采用气动测量原理,通过模拟了一个气门的气动锥度测头检测内燃机缸盖生产中气门与气门座间的气密性,并通过差压式数显气动量仪显示测量结果。是一种操作简单、方便、快捷、检测效率高、精度高的气密性检测专用便携式仪器。

Abstract: Engine air tightness is an
important target that is Engine compression system performance.The design
depends on theorem of pneumatic gauging.The measuring result is displayed by
the digital display differential pressure type and pneumatic gauging
instrument,through imitating the air tightness about valves.The instrument that
detects the air tightness is simple operation,convenient,express,to detect in
high efficiency and high efficiency.
