摘要:本文依据活塞式内燃机动力循环理论和现代内燃机设计思想,阐述了旨在动力性能升级的一款踏板摩托车用四冲程50cc发动机的结构设计过程。零部件结构主要从提高发动机效率、降低机械损失、改善机油润滑、提高循环充气量等几方面入手进行设计。改进后的发动机动力性能有显著提升。

Abstract: Based on the dynamic cycle theory
of piston internal combustion engine and the design,principle of modern
combustion engine,this article introduces the dynamic promotion method of a
type of a four stroke 50cc engine for scooter.Some of the engine parts had to
be redesigned to promote engine efficiency 、reduce machine lose 、improve luburication and intake rate,etc.The result presents
apparent improvement after redesign.
