摘要:天然气通过费托(Fischer-Tropsch,F-T)合成可以得到十六烷值高、硫和芳香烃含量相对较低、具有优良排放特性的天然气合成油(Gas-to-Liquid,GTL)。GTL不含氮、镍等非理想成分,符合现代发动机及日益严格的环保要求。文章介绍了GTL的三步法生产过程,总结了Shell公司的GTL,加州2号柴油和国II、国III柴油的主要理化指标。比较了GTL与传统柴油在燃烧特性区别及其对最高燃烧压力、压力升高率以及对柴油机经济性的影响。指出GTL的芳香烃含量较低导致其排放性较好,但是同时也影响了GTL的润滑性,应用腈橡胶对比了GTL和柴油与人造橡胶的相容性。总结了GTL在柴油机上研究途径和目标。

Abstract: Natural Gas can be converted to
Gas-to-Liquid(GTL) through Fischer-Tropsch(F-T) process.GTL is characterized by
high cetane number,low sulfur and aromatic content,excellent emission
properties.GTL does not contain such undesirable ingredients as Ni or N,which
is suitable for ever restricting requirement demanded by engine manufacturers
and environmental protection agencies.GTL three-step production process is
introduced.Properties of GTL produced by Shell,California No.2 diesel and
Chinese II diesel and Chinese III diesel are summarized.The combustion
characteristics of GTL and diesel,and its effect on maximum cylinder pressure,rate
of pressure rise,fuel consumption are compared.Lower emission of GTL is due to
its low aromatic content,but it also affects GTL's lubricity.Elastomer
compatibility of GTL and diesel is compared.The objective and route of study
are summarized.
