摘要:以Konstandopoulos与Johnson关于过滤体排气阻力的数学物理方程为计算依据,建立了过滤体一维模型;以某四缸增压发动机为试验用发动机,建立发动机模型,二者集合为系统整体模型,模拟系统排气阻力,计算与试验结果吻合。模型计算了柴油机加装壁流式碳化硅过滤体在实际运行条件下的排气背压MAP,为过滤体的再生控制策略提供了依据。

Abstract: According to Konstandopoulos and
Johnson's mathematic and physical equation about exhaust back pressure of
filter,the Filter model is proposed and the 4-cylinder diesel engine model is
also established,then the resistance of the whole exhaust system is calculated
within permissible error.Regeneration control strategy is in terms of the
practical resistance MAP which carried out eventually.
