摘 要:针对增压器涡轮外壳出现裂纹的故障,通过ANSYS结构动力学分析,得知增压器系统前2阶固有频率在发动机的激振频率范围内,存在系统共振,是故障的主要原因。为提高系统固有频率,设计了2个优化方案。通过模态分析及可靠性试验,结果表明:最优方案的一阶固有频率提高了98%,达到设计目标,且零件通过了可靠性试验的考核。

Abstract: For the failure of turbine housing neck area cracked,dynamic characteristics study by ANSYS showed that the major cause was the 1st and 2nd natural frequencies of system were in the range of engine excitation frequencies and caused the turbo system resonance.In order to increase the natural frequencies,two optimized schemes were designed.According to the modal analysis and reliability test,final results show that the 1st natural frequency of optimal scheme has a 98 percent increase,it reaches the design targets,and the parts pass the reliability test.
