摘要:穿孔型等离子弧焊接作为一种高能量密度焊接方法,能够对中厚板不开坡口一次焊透,具有适应性强、对接头装配精度要求低的特点,属低成本、高效焊接工艺,具有很大的应用潜力;本文简要介绍了穿孔型等离子弧焊接的工艺特点、基本分类及存在的问题等;展望了穿孔型等离子弧焊接的主要研究方向和应用发展前景。

Abstract: Keyhole plasma arc
welding(PAW),as one of the high energy density welding processes,can fully
penetrate the work pieces of middle thickness with single pass,so that it is
potentially applied in industry.In this paper,the
characteristics,classification and problems related to the keyhole plasma arc
welding are discussed.Future research topics,developments and application are
also introduced.
