摘要:本文阐述排气管路的一维稳态热传递。在层流和紊流两种流动状态下,对废气和内管壁的对流换热、以及外管壁与环境的对流换热和辐射换热进行研究,从而获得一维稳态热传递的控制方程。最后讨论各种参数对排气温度和管壁温度的影响,例如,管路直径、长度,管壁周围环境温度等,从而掌握其影响规律。

Abstract: The paper represents a one
dimensional calculation for steady-state heat transfer in engine exhaust pipes.
We can obtain the governing equation for steady-state heat transfer with the
application of heat conservation, heatconvection between the exhaust and inner
pipe wall, as well as the heat convection and radiation between the outer pipe
wall and the surroundings. In the end, the effect of parameters on exhaust
temperature and pipe wall temperature has been discussed, for example, diameter
and length of pipes environmental temperature around the pipe and so on.
