摘要：电控燃油系统替代机械式燃油系统,使柴油机的工作过程控制发生了质的变化。因为采用ECU控制工作过程,电控柴油机批量生产需要专用的下线系统支持,以完成对ECU数据的管理、刷写控制等功能。本文介绍了EOL系统的主要功能以及应对我厂柴油机批量生产所采取的措施。

Abstract: It is a tremendous improvement in
diesel engine work process from mechanical fuel system to electronic control
fuel system.Adopt the ECU to control engine work process,it is necessary to use
a special support system that can realize ECU data management,brush and write
control in the mass production process.The main function of EOL system and new
measures of electronic control diesel engine mass production in our manufactory
are introduced.
