摘要：本文通过对欧洲非道路排放法规进行解读,对一些具体操作问题提出个人的见解,指出目前我国非道路排放法规与世界先进水平差距,找到国内非道路柴油机排放研发方面今后工作的重点。

Abstract: Non-Road Emission Regulation of
Europe is discussed in this paper.Personal views are supposed for some specific
operating problems.The difference of the non-road emission regulation is point
out between our country and the world advanced level.And the work emphasis is
found to develop the emission work of the non-road diesel engines.
