摘要:重型柴油机功率的不断提升,由于受力和受热的增加,需要增强润滑降低摩擦,摩擦日益受到重视。本文从三个方面对柴油机摩擦进行了研究,第一,与国外同类型的先进柴油机进行试验对比分析,从摩擦功率损失的角度进行分析;第二通过计算分析软件,对柴油机中的两个主要摩擦副其中之一轴承润滑摩擦进行模拟;第三,对活塞/活塞环和缸套的摩擦动力学进行模拟,通过计算分析可以更深入了解各个方面摩擦功率损失。研究结果表明与国外同类型柴油机相比,摩擦损失基本相当,同时通过试验与计算分析也表明轴承油膜厚度以及活塞运动等都在合理范围内。

Abstract: With the increasing power demands
for heavy-duty diesel engines,engines loads and temperature are much
higher.Therefore,decreasing engine friction by enhancing lubrication is brought
into attention.In this paper,the friction issue for a heavy-duty diesel engine
is studied from three aspects: First,a benchmark comparison analysis is given
for the same type of an internationally advanced engine.Secondly,a simulation
is conducted to analyze the mechanism of the crankshaft main bearing friction
contact using EHD(elasto-hydodynamic) lubrication tools.Finally,an EHD friction
contact is investigated between the piston/piston ring and cylinder liner,from
which friction power losses could be better understood.In conclusion,friction
losses for the test engine are in the same level as those for the benchmark
comparison engine.Moreover,the simulation results demonstrate that the oil film
thickness of the main bearing and the trajectory of piston and ring movement
fall into the acceptable region.
