摘要:由于润滑不充分和活塞处于上止点位置时的高温作用导致气缸套粒子转移到活塞环表面上,同时降低了发动机性能,这种现象就是刮伤。本文主要通过应用扫描电镜探测和金相分析,以及摩擦系数测量法和声波发射测量法,来研究活塞环与气缸套之间的刮伤现象,并建立声波信号与不同程度的刮伤现象之间的对应关系,提出了表述活塞环与气缸套之间磨损程度的三个不同等级。

Abstract: The scuffing phenomenon,which is
caused from transfer of cylinder liner particles to piston ring surfaces due to
inadequate lubrication and high temperature at top dead center could
significantly,decrease engine performance.The purpose of this paper is to study
the scuffing between piston and cylinder liner by using electron scanning
microscopy,metallography,coefficient of friction measurement and acoustic
emission measurement,and to establish the relationship between such signals and
different levels of the scuffing phenomenon.The results of the acoustic
emission measurement suggest 3 different,easy-to-measure levels of scuffing
damage between piston ring and cylinder liner.
