摘要:设计了发动机噪声试验,试验结果表明:随着发动机转速和负荷的增大,噪声增大,转速对发动机噪声的影响比负荷更加明显;随进气管真空度的增大,噪声降低;发动机整机噪声中,进气噪声的影响最大,其次是油底壳,皮带轮。针对发动机不同的部位,进行有针对性的降噪措施,可以降低整机的噪声,提升发动机性能。

Abstract: Tests were designed to the engine
noise.The results show that noise rises while the engine speed and the load
increase.The impact of engine speed causes noise much apparently compared to
load.Noise reduces when the vacuum of intake manifold gets higher.Engine intake
noise gives a greatest impact to engine noise level,which is followed by the
oil pan and pulleys.Measures for engine noise reduction regarding to different
noise source should be provided in order to reduce the machine noise and
improve the engine performance.
