摘要:本文采用最小二乘法消除测量的振动信号的零线飘移,通过对比认为,采用10阶多项式可以较好的去除振动加速度信号中的趋势项。对比了不同滤波方法的特点,确定采用基于哈明窗的FIR时域滤波器去除振动加速度信号中的虚假成分。讨论了常用时频分析方法的原理,并采用不同时频分析方法对实测振动信号进行处理。分析的结果表明,为了同时获得相对较高的时、频分辨率,对于能量主要分布在低频段的振动信号,可以采用S变换时频分析方法;对于能量主要分布在高频段的振动信号,可以采用连续小波变换。

Abstract: The deviation of signal from zero
line is slaked by least-squares method and analysis shows that ten order
polynomial based on least-squares method can obtain acceptable results.FIR
time-domain filter is used to remove interference components from vibration
acceleration by comparing the characteristic of different filters.The principle
of different time-frequency domain analysis methods is discussed and each
method is used to treat the same vibration acceleration signal measured from
surface of diesel engine.Results show signals that mainly contains low
frequency components can be analyzed with S-transform and signals that mainly
contains high frequency components can be analyzed with continuous wavelet
transform.
