摘要:本文简单介绍了电力起动系统的构成。分析了电控柴油发动机对起动机可靠性的影响,以及减速起动机在电力系统稳定性方面的优势,提出了通过三维模拟对驱动齿轮倒角设计进行校核的理念,明确了蓄电池、引线和控制继电器的设计和选型要点。以柴油发动机为背景,通过电力起动系统各要素对起动机可靠性的影响及机理的分析,为起动机的可靠性研究及正确应用提供了参考。

Abstract:The paper introduces the electric starting
system,analyzes the influence of electronic diesel engine on starter motor
reliability,as well as the effect of gear-reduction starter on electric system
stability,and provides a proposal to check design of the starter pinion chamfer
by 3-D model simulation,and clarifies the key points on design and selection of
storage battery,connecting wire and control relay.Based on the diesel engine,as
a result,the paper gave a reference on reliability research of the starter motor
and appropriate application by analyzing the effect and mechanism of electric
starting system.
