摘要:在未对发动机进行任何调整的前提下,对满足国Ⅲ排放标准的电控共轨柴油机燃用5%麻疯树油制生物柴油和95%石化柴油混合而成的BD5生物柴油混合燃料进行了400小时耐久性试验研究。耐久性试验期间,试验用柴油机功率、油耗、烟度和排气温度等参数稳定,柴油机无不良反应,未发生如起动困难、自动停车等故障;耐久性试验前后,该柴油机动力性、经济性、排放性能等参数变化都很小。

Abstract:Without any modification to the engine,the
durability test of a common rail diesel engine has been carried out for 400
hours,which complies with national Ⅲ emission regulation and fuels with 5% jatropha-based biodiesel
blend with 95% conventional diesel(hereinafter referred to as BD5).The results
shows that its power,fuel consumption,smoke and exhaust temperature sustains
stably,and during the engine durability test,no faults happened such as hard
start,automatic shutdown,etc.After the test,power,fuel consumption and the
exhaust emission of the engine changes slightly,compared to the parameters
before the test.
