摘要:本文采用Numeca数值分析软件建立了JP60增压器压气机总成内部网格模型,并计算出稳态增压器压气机性能曲线,将模拟结果与试验所测取的JP60压气机运行曲线进行了对比,结果表明:模拟分析曲线与试验曲线变化趋势一致。此外,对压气机内部流场的分布也进行了分析,为该增压器的优化设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:The grid modeling of the air compressor of the JP60 turbocharger is
established by using NUMECA numerical software in this paper and the steady
performance curve of the compressor is computed.With a comparison of the
simulated results and the measured results in the JP60 test,it indicates that
the tendency between the simulation and the test is almost same.Besides,the
interior flow field of the compressor is analyzed,which provide a theoretical
basis for this series of turbocharger optimized design.
