摘要:随着有限元分析技术的广泛应用,得到与实际情况吻合的分析结果,用以指导活塞的设计与优化成为分析人员所追求的目标。对细微特征合理的简化能够缩短分析周期,但不适当的简化则会得到与实际情况相背离的结果。由于不适当的简化掉活塞回油孔结构,得出了与试验完全不同的结果,最后通过结构优化才得以通过试验。本例活塞特殊的回油孔结构特征对有限元分析结果产生了巨大的影响,因此不能简单地简化掉这一细微结构进行有限元分析。
Abstract:Using of Finite Element
Analysis(FEA) to obtain real results for guiding design and optimization is
becoming an ultimate target for any analyzer.Proper simplification of tiny
