摘要:连杆工作的可靠性问题一直是人们在柴油机研究和改进过程中关注的热点问题。具有足够强度的连杆对现代柴油机设计有着举足轻重的作用。本文以Pro/ENGINEER4.0为建模工具、以Pro/MECHANICA为分析平台,对C6190ZLC-A柴油机连杆强度进行分析。对柴油机连杆实际受力情况、边界条件和施加载荷进行研究。通过分析计算,确定了连杆在不同工况下的应力应变分布,并进行强度校核,校核得出连杆强度能满足发动机在各工况下运行要求。
Abstract:The working reliability of
the connecting rod in diesel engine has always been focused and studied.Design
of adequate connecting rod intensity is critical to modern diesel engine.Based
on the Pro/ENGINEER4.0 and Pro/MECHANICA,the strength of the connecting rod of
C6190ZLC-A diesel engine is analyzed.The actual stress,boundary conditions and
the load are studied for this diesel engine.Check and test of the engine
