    摘要：本文记录了一款电控柴油机异常的无法起动的故障现象及解决过程。使用了体式显微镜、电控喷油器测试台、红外分析仪等高端设备,运用了故障树分析对故障原因进行了深入分析,找出了故障根源。为以后电控柴油机的应用推广提供了帮助。

    Abstract: The paper introduces the start failure and the analysis process of an electrically controlled diesel engine.The main reasons are founded by using the electronic microscope,the electronic injector and the infrared analysis instrument,which may promote the application of electrically controlled diesel engine.
