摘要:曲轴是柴油机中关键的零件之一,对其各项参数要求都比较严格。曲轴的相位角作为影响柴油机燃烧性能的主要因素,也是不例外的,精确检测相位角也就降低了柴油机发生质量问题的几率,特别是9250型柴油机代表的单缸曲轴,检测异常复杂,并且检测准确性非常不理想,本文提出将单缸曲轴分解成两部分,每一部分单独检测,然后通过计算进行数据叠加,最终检测出非常准确的相位角数值,此方法通过在实际工作中的应用,充分反映出操作简单、准确性高的特点。

Abstract: Engine crankshaft is one of
the critical components so its parameters are specified strictly.As one of the
main factors,crankshaft angle may have important effect on engine combustion.A
precise measurement to the crankshaft angle may prevent the diesel engine from
being damaged.It is very complex to measure preciously the crankshaft angle of
the single cylinder engine.The paper proposes that the crankshaft may be
divided into two parts.Each part may be measured independently.The measured
results of two parts are overlapped to obtain a precious value of the
crankshaft angle.The practices show that this method is easy and effective.
