摘要:焦炉煤气中氢气的含量较高,发动机燃烧室回火、进气总管放炮的现象时有发生,使发动机不能正常工作。基于火焰"冷壁淬熄"现象的理论研究成果,研制开发了适合于焦炉煤气的金属波纹带管道阻火器,应用于发动机进气系统,阻止发动机燃烧室回火引爆进气总管,保护了发机进气系统中的相关零部件,使发动机运行安全可靠。

Abstract: Coking gas generally
contains hydrogen a bit much,so these problems like backfiring in combustion
chamber and gas detonation in the intake pipe happen sometimes,causing engine
not operate normally.Based on the theoretical research results that flame
quenches against cold walls,the metal ribbon flame arrester is developed,which
is used in the intake system of the coking gas engine to prevent backfiring and
protect effectively the components in intake system against being damaged and
ensure that the engine can work safely and reliably.
