摘要:以有限元分析软件ANSYS为基础,对某柴油机活塞组的性能进行了研究,通过建立三维实体模型,结构离散化,然后进行了活塞的热-机耦合分析和瞬态动力学分析,为活塞的结构改进和疲劳分析提供理论依据和必要的边界条件。

Abstract: With finite element analysis
software ANSYS as the foundation,for a diesel engine piston group performance
to carry on the research,through the establishment of a three-dimensional solid
model,the structure discretization,then piston thermal-mechanical coupling
analysis and transient dynamic analysis for the pistons structural improvements
and fatigue analysis provides the theoretical basis and the necessary boundary
conditions.
