摘要:发动机一般采用机油液位指示器来确定油底壳内的机油量,由于机油标尺具有结构简单、成本低廉的优势,因此在国内外发动机上普遍采用。机油标尺一般通过与机油标尺管配合使用,来完成对发动机油底壳内液面的指示。为了尽可能保证在设计初期机油标尺刻度设计的准确性,为此对影响机油标尺刻度准确性的因素进行了分析,先理论模拟,然后通过实物标定对设计的标尺进行验证,为机油标尺的设计者提供参考依据。

Abstract: The oil level indicator was
normally used for measuring the amount of oil in the oil pan,as the oil
dipstick have simple structal and lower cost,thus it was widely used on
engines.To scale the oil level in oil pan,the dipstick and the oil tube was
introduced.In order to guarantee the accuracy indicator,this paper analyzed the
influence on oil dipstick scale.Simulation was used before sample
calibration.It offered reference for oil dipstick designer.
