摘要:12V190燃气发电机组是目前燃气发电市场上的主力机型,随着市场的需要,对机组效率和可靠性的要求越来越高,因此降低排温,减少后燃和降低热负荷显得越来越重要。为此组织了12V190燃气发电机组降排温试验,通过采用切向进气管、预燃室火花塞、大流量水泵、不同的凸轮轴、全自动控制系统等开展了相关试验,从而摸索降低排温最佳配置。本文介绍了12V190燃气发电机组降排温试验的主要过程。

Abstract: 12V190 gas generator sets
are sharing a big market and the generator sets with much higher efficiency and
reliability are required by the market.It becomes much important to decrease
exhaust temperature,reduce post-combustion and decrease heat load.For this
purpose,many experiments have been done,including using tangential intake
pipes,pre-combustion chamber spark plug,water pump with large flow
rate,different camshaft and automatic control system to find out optimal
configuration to decrease exhaust temperature.This paper introduces the main
experimental process to decrease exhaust temperature of 12V190 gas generator
set.
