摘要:缸体是整个发动机生产中的难点和重点,其铸造工艺水平是决定发动机质量的基础条件。本文应用铸造模拟软件MAGMA,通过分析砂型铸造缸体充型过程中的温度场分布、气体压力分布、裹气缺陷的分布,预测了两种不同浇注时间下,缸体气孔分布及严重程度,并得到实际验证。从而为实际生产中气孔缺陷原因的分析及工艺改进提供参考。

Abstract: The cylinder block is the
most important in the engine but also difficult part to machine.The level of
casting process used for the cylinder block is a basic condition for engine
quality.Using the casting simulation software,the paper analyzes the
distribution like temperature field,air pressure and air entrap and gives a
prediction on the distribution as well as degree of gas holes on cylinder block
at two different pouring times,moreover,the result is validated,which provides
references to analyze the reasons of gas holes defect and to improve the
casting process.
